Overseas Koreans Foundation (OKF) is hosting 2011 Global Korean Youth Network conference in South Korea this month. They have invited 588 students from all around the world, and our very own intern from Toronto chapter (Solbi Hong) will be representing our group at the conference. One of our community friends in Vancouver, C3 Society is looking for volunteers who can join their annual Camp Korea event. Camp Korea is a fun-filled educational, camping experience for children centred around Korean culture and language that began in 2006. In late August, children from across B.C. experience Korea in Canada through participation in a variety of recreational and cultural activities, including language lessons, visual and performing arts, games and sports.
